If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again…

“What a pleasant day for I, DOOM, to enjoy the wonderful steeps of Latveria. Not even that accursed Richards could spoil my mood. Wait—what is this?!”
“I am the Silver Surfer. I herald the coming of the Mighty Galactus!”
“Outrageous! Earth is DOOM’s and DOOM’s alone in which to hold total mastery! Does your master dare to consume this planet?”
“No, I say to the one known as Victor Van Doom. Galactus has come to witness YOU consume a copious amount of blacked aviary.”
“…What?”
“My master commands beckons you, Victor Von Doom, TO EAT CROW!”
“INSOLENT POPINJAY! What gives you foolhardy pause to challenge DOOM?!”
“$117 million first weekend at the box office!”
“What is that suppose to mean?”
“Come now, Victor Von Doom. One of your supposed intellect surely knows $114 is bigger than $56, even if adjusted for 20-years of your Earth-inflation.”
“LOOK AT DOOM WHEN HE ADDRESSES YOU!”
“I’d rather not. It bemuses me that in all this time since the dawn of man, the best so-called entertainment your primitive civilization can achieve without assistance from beyond the stars is The Shield and Nip/Tuck.”
“INSINUATION THAT IS INSIPID AS IT IS INSULTING! Am I to take it that YOU are taking credit for the success of Fantastic Four: First Steps?”
“Would you rather I give credit to Reed Richards?”
“#%^$ NO! But you are barely in the movie!”
“I grant you that my screen time may be fleeting, but when Galactus is on screen, it is a splendiferous event that demands attention and your $17.50 purchase through Fandango! I am a giant.”
“Compare if you will to when you, Victor Von Doom, are on screen. I have witnessed the woeful decline of endless civilizations as they crumble into ruin, and yet nothing has even seen as pitiable as that….”
“…And you have had two tries.”
“BLASPHEMOUS! You were in two films as well, and at least DOOM was never a cloud!”
“I don’t know… I, Galactus, am a cosmic being of such AWESOME might and magnitude beyond human comprehension, that I might as well be depicted as an intangible cosmic tempest without form. I dare say it could even be considered a bit flattering.”
“And infinitely preferable to being a whiney businessman who cares more about the NASDAQ than global domination.”
“Oh… oh yeah… well… well at least I wasn’t a WOMAN!”
“WHOOOOOOAAA!!!!”
“What? So DOOM is mysognistic… I’m a villain!”
Pardon me, Doctor Doom, as I interrupt this titanic tête-à-tête. Galactus said you had two previous cinematic forays, but didn’t he actually mean three? There were the movies in 2005, 2007, and 2015…
“WE DON’T TALK ABOUT 2015! People question who is strongest in the Marvel Universe—Thanos, Galactus, DOOM. But the obvious answer is Michael B Jordan, for only HE was able to come away from that celluloid jetsum without scars!”
